Tinubu arrives in UAE for Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week

President Bola Tinubu has arrived in Abu Dhabi to attend the Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW) at the invitation of Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The announcement of his arrival was made by Dada Olusegun, the Special Assistant to the President on Social Media, through a post on X (formerly Twitter) on Sunday.

The post included a video of the President being received in Abu Dhabi by Sheikh Shakhboot Nahyan Al Nahyan, UAE Minister of State in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The summit, themed “The Nexus of Next: Supercharging Sustainable Progress,” runs from January 12 to 18 and will host global leaders and stakeholders. The event aims to accelerate sustainable development and drive socio-economic progress across various sectors.

The Summit will bring together global leaders to accelerate sustainable development and advance socioeconomic progress.

The event, ‘The Nexus of Next; Supercharging Sustainable Progress,’ will enable policymakers, business, and civil society leaders to explore pathways to fast-track the transformation to a sustainable economy and evolve a new era of prosperity for all.
