Tinubu celebrates Faleke, Shobanjo on birthdays

President Bola Tinubu has congratulated Hon. James Abiodun Faleke and Dr. Biodun Shobanjo on their 65th and 80th birthdays, respectively, highlighting their significant contributions to Nigeria’s development.

In a statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President (Information and Strategy), Tinubu commended Faleke, a representative of Ikeja Federal Constituency since 2011, for his unwavering loyalty, leadership, and advocacy for federalism, financial prudence, and youth empowerment.

The President also acknowledged Faleke’s vital role in the 2022–2023 presidential campaign, which contributed to the success of the Renewed Hope administration.

Similarly, Tinubu lauded Dr. Shobanjo, a pioneer in Nigeria’s advertising industry, for his transformative impact on marketing communications.

Shobanjo’s distinguished career, from his early work at the Nigerian Broadcasting Corporation to founding Insight Communications and the Troyka Organisation, was celebrated as a beacon of discipline, innovation, and excellence.

The President expressed his gratitude for their service to the nation, offering prayers for their continued health, success, and fulfillment.
