Tinubu celebrates Senior Advocate Kola Awodein at 70

President Bola Tinubu has congratulated Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) Kola Awodein on his 70th birthday, describing him as a man of integrity and professional excellence whose contributions have greatly enriched Nigeria’s legal landscape.

In a goodwill message issued on Tuesday by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, President Tinubu lauded Awodein for his decades of service to the legal profession and his mentorship of younger lawyers.

The President also reflected on his long-standing friendship with the celebrant, noting that Awodein’s counsel and support over the years have been invaluable.

“As you attain this milestone, I join your family, friends, and colleagues at the Bar and the Bench to thank God for your impactful life and service to the nation,” Tinubu said.

He added that Awodein’s mentees must be proud of his accomplishments and the guidance he has offered within the legal profession.

President Tinubu prayed for continued blessings in the life of the senior lawyer, wishing him good health, strength, and peace in the years ahead.
