Tinubu condoles with Kogi Governor Ododo over father’s death

President Bola Tinubu has condoled with Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo of Kogi State following the death of his father, Alhaji Ahmed Momohsani Ododo, who passed away on Monday at the age of 83, shortly after the 2 p.m. Muslim prayers.
In a statement issued by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the President described the late Alhaji Momohsani as a respected community leader whose legacy is reflected in the accomplishments of his children.
Tinubu said his thoughts and prayers were with the Ododo family, friends, and the people of Kogi State as they mourn. He urged Governor Ododo and his relatives to take solace in the patriarch’s life of service to God and the moral and religious values that defined his life.
The President prayed for the peaceful repose of Alhaji Momohsani’s soul and asked God to comfort his family, friends, and associates during this period of grief.
