President Bola Tinubu has congratulated Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), on his 50th birthday, which falls on Tuesday.

Ogbuku, a former executive member of the Ijaw Youth Council, has held several political positions, including Chief of Staff to former Bayelsa State Governor Timipre Sylva and Senior Special Assistant to former Deputy Senate President Ovie Omo-Agege.

In a message issued on Monday by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the President commended Ogbuku’s leadership at the NDDC, citing the commission’s work in infrastructure development and its interventions in health, agriculture, and environmental remediation.

Tinubu wished Ogbuku continued good health, wisdom, and “many more years of impactful service to the nation,” while also extending his best wishes for a memorable celebration.
