Tinubu, First Lady arrive UK as official visit begins
President Bola Tinubu and First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, have arrived at Stansted Airport in the United Kingdom, marking the beginning of the President’s official visit.
The presidential aircraft touched down on Tuesday at about 15:23pm with the Nigerian leader and his wife received by senior government officials and members of the Nigerian diplomatic mission in the UK.
The visit is expected to feature high-level engagements aimed at strengthening bilateral relations between Nigeria and the United Kingdom, as well as discussions on areas of mutual interest including trade, investment and cooperation.
