Tobi Amusan wins at Silesia Diamond League with meeting record

World champion Tobi Amusan won the women’s 100m hurdles at the Silesia Diamond League on Sunday, clocking a meeting record and season’s best time of 12.34s.
Amusan, who already holds the world record for women’s 100m hurdles, won the race, leaving the American runners Kendra Harrison and Ali Nia behind her.
The race was very close, and Amusan won by just a tiny bit as they reached the finish line, like in those exciting photo finishes.
Kendra Harrison also finished with a time of 12.35s, and Ali Nia came in third place with 12.38 seconds. Megan Tapper from Jamaica got fourth place with a good time of 12.49 seconds.
After the race, Amusan told reporters that she didn’t even realize she had won when she crossed the finish line.
