Top Ogun traditional ruler dies

A frontline traditional ruler in Ogun State, Oba Femi Ogunleye, has died.

Oba Ogunleye is the Towulade of Akinale in Ogun State, Southwest Nigeria.

He was a foremost journalist who had stints with the old Daily Times of Nigeria.

WESTERN POST learnt that Oba Ogunleye died in London on Wednesday afternoon.

He was 79.

Burial arrangements will be announced by the family later.
