The WAFU B U-20 semifinal clash between defending champions Nigeria’s Flying Eagles and their Niger Republic counterparts has been rescheduled.
Organizers have moved the game by 24 hours, rescheduling it from its original date, Saturday, October 26, to Sunday, October 27, with kickoff set for 7 pm at the Stade Kegue in Lome, Togo.
The second semifinal will also take place on Sunday, with Ghana’s Black Satellites facing Côte d’Ivoire at 3 pm.
The game will be played at Stade Municipal in Lome, with the winner facing the victor of the Nigeria vs. Niger fixture.
A win for Nigeria would not only advance them to the tournament final but also secure their place in the 2025 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations (AFCON) in South Africa.
