We’ll retire Atiku in 2023 – Shettima

Vice presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Kashim Shettima on Tuesday said Alhaji Atiku Abubakar would be retired in 2023.

Alhaji Abubakar is the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate for the 2023 election.
Shettima stated this when he reeled out the plans of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu if elected in the 2023 election.

The event which took place at Eko Hotels, was an interaction between the business community and Organised Private Sector (OPS) with the APC flagbearers.

Shettima said: “Leadership is about track records, Leadership does not glamourize. I won’t tell you I have only one shoes like another presidential candidate said, and I don’t have one wrist watch.

“Tinubu/Shettima election would unite Nigerians. Someone that cannot unite his party, the PDP, cannot unite Nigerians. We would retire Atiku come 2023 elections.”

Shettima also said the respect the black man gets is in the performance of the Nigerian nation.

“We are promising you hope for a better tomorrow. The Tinubu administration will work with every sector,” he added.
