The Oyo State Government has entered into a strategic partnership with ISN Products Nigeria Limited to manage and operate the Central Medical Diagnostic Laboratory and Blood Banking Services located at Total Garden, Ibadan.

The partnership was formalized on Wednesday through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the Ministry of Health, according to a statement by the Commissioner for Health, Dr. Oluwaserimi Ajetunmobi.

Dr. Ajetunmobi explained that her earlier visit to the facility revealed an urgent need for renovation, modern equipment, and improved operational standards. She said ISN Medical was selected after extensive consultations to reposition the centre for efficient and reliable healthcare service delivery.

The Commissioner commended Governor Seyi Makinde for his commitment to strengthening the healthcare system in the state, adding that the partnership would ensure safe screening and a steady supply of blood across Oyo State.

Also speaking, the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Health, Dr. Akintunde Ayinde, said the collaboration was designed to bridge the gap in the availability of safe blood and to create a statewide standard for diagnostic and blood services.

He added that the project would encourage patronage from both public and private healthcare institutions.

Representing ISN Medical, the Director of Laboratory Management Services, Dr. Osai Osaswe, pledged the company’s commitment to maintaining excellence and integrity in service delivery.

“We will deliver on our promises and position Oyo State as a leader in healthcare innovation and quality,” she assured.
