Adunni Ade fumes over false report on marital status

Stunning Nollywood actress Adunni Ade has expressed disapproval and anger over a viral report claiming she lamented being unmarried.

A blog had alleged that the actress, in an interview, said she “remained unmarried despite being the center of attention and admired for her beauty.”

Reacting to the viral article in a post via X, Adunni refuted the claim, calling it false and accusing the blog of spreading misinformation for engagement.

Subsequently, the film star issued a 24-hour ultimatum for the false story to be taken down, threatening legal action if ignored.

“I kindly request that you take down this post within 24 hours to prevent further action involving my legal team. I do not appreciate the fact that you’re using my name to peddle false news and articles with no verifiable source just to generate engagement,” she stated.

As of the time of this report, the controversial post had been deleted.
