Anambra billionaire, Arthur Eze, backs Soludo’s second term bid

Prominent oil magnate and philanthropist, Chief Arthur Eze, has declared his full support for Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo’s bid for a second term as the Governor of Anambra State, describing the incumbent as a visionary leader ordained by God.

Speaking at a recent event, Chief Eze praised Soludo’s leadership over the past three years, emphasizing that his administration has brought transformative progress to Anambra.

“No individual or group can defeat Governor Soludo in the upcoming election; he is ordained by God to continue leading Anambra to greatness,” he said.

Eze appealed to the people of Anambra to unite behind the governor to ensure the continued development of the state. “Soludo has character. His name, ‘Chukwuma,’ means ‘God knows His plan,’ which aligns perfectly with his purpose and actions,” he noted.

Responding to critics of the governor’s re-election bid, Eze dismissed opposition candidates as lacking both credibility and vision. He maintained that attempts to unseat Soludo would fail, reinforcing his unwavering belief in the governor’s leadership.

In his remarks, Governor Soludo reiterated his administration’s commitment to the advancement of Anambra.

“Anambra has all it takes to be a great state. There is nothing we envision for Anambra that we cannot achieve,” he said, highlighting the state’s abundant human and natural resources.

Eze’s endorsement is seen as a major boost for Soludo’s 2025 re-election campaign. As a respected figure with significant influence, his support is expected to strengthen the governor’s chances amid a dynamic political landscape.
