Argentina seek FIFA approval for kit change ahead semi final

Argentina have asked FIFA for permission to wear their all-blue kit in their 2026 FIFA World Cup semi-final against England.
The reigning world champions secured their place in the last four with a 3-1 victory over Switzerland, while England booked their spot after a 2-1 extra-time win over Norway.
According to journalist Gastón Edul, Argentina have requested to wear their all-blue strip instead of their traditional blue-and-white striped home kit for the clash.
Argentina have worn their iconic blue-and-white jersey in all but one of their six matches at the tournament.
The only exception came during their group-stage fixture against Jordan, when they wore the all-blue kit.
