Badaru casts vote in Jigawa LG elections, commends peaceful process

Minister of Defence, Mohammed Badaru Abubakar, cast his vote in the Jigawa State local government council elections at the Babura Kofar Arewa polling unit on Saturday.
Accompanied by All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftains, family members, supporters, and well-wishers, Badaru praised the electoral process, describing it as peaceful and orderly.
He expressed confidence that the election results would reflect the true will of the people, commending the Jigawa State Independent Electoral Commission (SIEC) for conducting a transparent and credible election.
“I urge all stakeholders to maintain this peaceful atmosphere, ensuring the democratic process is respected,” Badaru said.
