BREAKING: COP28: Tinubu arrives Nigeria from UAE

President Bola Tinubu has returned to Nigeria after spending six days at the COP28 Climate Summit, held in the United Arab Emirates.
Tinubu who arrived at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja was received by his Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila; FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike; Imo State governor, Hope Uzodinma; and others.
WesternPost had reported last Tuesday that the President departed Abuja for Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to attend the COP28 Climate Summit, also known as the 28th United Nations Climate Change Conference, or Conference of the Parties of the UNFCCC (COP28).
At the World Leaders’ Summit, which takes place on December 1 under the theme, “Unite, Act, and Deliver,” President Tinubu delivered a national statement, highlighting Nigeria’s stance on various thematic issues, including renewable energy and climate financing.
