BREAKING: Court removes order stopping APC convention
An FCT High Court has given a vacating order against the restraining injunction stopping the national convention of the All Progressives Congress (APC) scheduled for March 26
Vacating the order on Friday, Justice Bello Kawo said a member of a political party cannot sue the party.
He fixed March 30 for hearing of the suit.
