BREAKING: Fubara orders immediate takeover of Rivers Local Governments by HOLGAs
Governor Siminalayi Fubara has directed Heads Of Local Government Administration to immediately takeover the running of all 23 LGAs pending the conduct of a fresh election by the Rivers State Independent Electoral Commision (RSIEC).
