BREAKING: Supreme Court affirms Alia’s election as Benue governor
The Supreme Court on Monday, affirmed the election of Hyacinth Alia as governor of Benue state.
The apex court dismissed the appeal by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its candidate in the Benue governorship election, Titus Uba.
The court upheld the decisions of the governorship election petition tribunal and the court of appeal in Abuja declaring Alia winner of the March 18 governorship polls.
