BREAKING: Supreme Court affirms Aliyu’s election as Sokoto governor
The Supreme Court has affirmed the election of the election of Ahmed Aliyu as Sokoto State Governor.
Justice Tijani Abubakar who read the lead judgement, dismissed the appeal by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its governorship candidate, Saidu Umar, agreeing with the reasoning of the court below.
