BREAKING Supreme Court affirms Sule’s election as Nasarawa governor
The Supreme Court has declared Abdullahi Sule of the All Progressives Congress APC as duly elected governor of Nasarawa State.
The apex court dismissed the appeal filed by the Peoples Democratic Party PDP and its candidate, David Ombugadu, challenging the election of Abdullahi Sule as the duly elected governor of Nasarawa State.
In a unanimous decision a five-member panel led by Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun held that the comprehensive and well considered judgment of the court of appeal can not be faulted.
