Cavista boss John Olajide hosts Ekiti lawmakers at Ikogosi Resort

Chairman of Cavista Holdings and Agbeyewa Farm, Mr. John Olajide, on Monday hosted members of the Ekiti State House of Assembly to a dinner at the newly transformed Ikogosi Warm Springs Resort.
The event, which held on August 19, 2025, was described as a gesture of partnership and goodwill, bringing together political leaders and business stakeholders to discuss opportunities for the state’s growth.
Olajide, a U.S.-based entrepreneur, has continued to demonstrate strong commitment to Ekiti’s development by expanding investments across agriculture, tourism, and other key sectors. His initiatives, observers note, have contributed significantly to job creation and economic growth in the state.

The dinner also showcased the revitalised Ikogosi Warm Springs Resort, now managed by Glocient Hospitality, a subsidiary of Cavista Holdings. The resort, once in decline, has been upgraded to world-class standards, with facilities designed to boost tourism and attract international visitors.
Speaking after the event, Chairman of the House Committee on Media and Public Affairs, Hon. Babatunde Oke, commended Olajide’s contributions, describing him as “a blessing to Ekiti State.”
He said the Assembly deeply values Olajide’s support and visionary leadership, adding that his interventions in hospitality and agriculture continue to leave enduring impacts on the state’s development.
