D’Banj prepares for fifth album release in August

Popular singer and entertainer, D’Banj, is leaving no stone unturned as he prepares for the release of his fifth album in August 2024.

Earlier this week, D’Banj unveiled the tracklist for the studio album, aptly titled ‘Entertainer – The Sequel.’ According to the award-winning singer, the album is set for release on August 9 through his self-owned record label, DB Records.

The album is a fusion of Afrobeats and Afropop, featuring 11 tracks and two bonus cuts. When asked about the highly anticipated release, D’Banj responded, “If the water no hot well well, the Amala go get KOKO, but make una no vex; the album go come out for August.”

Recently, D’Banj celebrated 20 years of his emergence on the Nigerian and global music scene. The occasion was marked with nostalgic performances across the country and other parts of the world.
