A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress in Ekiti State, Olushola Gabriel Olaleye, has intensified mobilisation efforts to secure grassroots support for Governor Biodun Oyebanji ahead of the June 20, 2026 governorship election.
Olaleye reaffirmed his commitment to driving support across communities, pledging to play a leading role in ensuring victory for the ruling party.
He made this known in Ido-Ekiti at the weekend, following a stakeholders’ meeting held in Ido-Osi Local Government Area.
According to him, Governor Oyebanji has demonstrated effective leadership, earning the confidence of the people for another term in office.
“Governor Oyebanji is the right man for Ekiti at this time. His inclusive style and developmental strides justify the need for continuity,” he said.
Furthermore, Olaleye urged party members to move beyond consultations and intensify mobilisation efforts at the grassroots across wards and polling units.
“The time for endless meetings is over. We must engage the people directly and ensure our message reaches every voter,” he added.
He also assured that he would spearhead mobilisation in Ido-Osi Local Government and Isokan LCDA, expressing confidence that the APC would secure a decisive victory at the polls.
