Eno assures timely completion of Ewet Luxury Garden estate in Uyo

Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Umo Eno, has assured that the 35-unit Ewet Luxury Garden estate in Uyo will soon be ready for use.
Eno gave the assurance on Friday shortly after hosting a special birthday breakfast at the estate’s Experience Centre, where he commended the quality of work delivered on the project.
The governor said he had earlier directed the contractor to complete the Experience Centre before his birthday, a target he noted was successfully achieved.
According to him, the estate comprises 35 modern duplexes designed for middle-class residents and equipped with standard solar systems, adding that the units would be handed over to owners within the next two months.
“The experience is good. I told them this was the birthday gift I wanted, that the Experience Centre should be opened so that we can commence business. They have done well and it is ready as we can see,” he said.
He added that the Experience Centre would be fully operational within a week, with complete staffing already underway.
Providing an update on the project, the Managing Director of Messrs Western Legacy Investment Ltd, Kunle Adelipa, disclosed that the company had received a directive to complete the estate within 60 days.
Adelipa explained that the Ewet Luxury Garden is a government-backed residential development of 35 five-bedroom fully detached duplexes, initiated to replace the old timber market along Uruan Street in Uyo, while assuring of timely delivery.
