EPL clubs keep Lookman’s dream move from Atalanta alive

Ademola Lookman may be back training alone at Atalanta’s training ground, but it appears unlikely he will play for the Italian club again as his agents intensify efforts to secure a move to the Premier League.
Team Talk reported that following Inter Milan’s withdrawal from a potential transfer, the player’s representatives have opened talks with several Premier League clubs, including Arsenal, Manchester City, Chelsea, and Tottenham Hotspur.
The Nigerian international is said to favour a move to Arsenal, with his agents reportedly holding discussions with the London club.
Arsenal’s sporting director is believed to be considering a concrete move for Lookman after making enquiries. The winger has already submitted a transfer request to Atalanta, who are demanding £45 million. However, the deal could hinge on the future of Leandro Trossard at the Emirates.
Team Talk also reported that Lookman’s camp has spoken with Manchester City. The English champions may need to replace Savinho, making Lookman a potential option.
In addition, Chelsea have been linked with the forward. With their move for Alejandro Garnacho yet to be finalised, Lookman is seen as an alternative target.
Talks have also been held with Tottenham Hotspur. Spurs are reportedly considering Lookman after their pursuit of Savinho appears to have collapsed.
If successful, the move would see Lookman return to the Premier League after previous spells with Everton, Fulham, and Leicester City.
