Fatherhood has transformed me, says Zinoleesky

Nigerian singer Zinoleesky has said that the arrival of his first son has completely changed his life.

The Marlian signee, in a recent interview, reflected on how fatherhood has reshaped his lifestyle.

According to Zinoleesky, welcoming his two children—Zendaya, born in December 2023, and Zafar, born in April 2025—has forced him to adjust his priorities and drop habits that no longer serve him.

“Fatherhood means quite a lot because I will say I’m a changed person since my boy got here. There are some things that I would have done before—or let’s say the way I do some things—I have reduced, just because of the boy,” he said.

He further added that fatherhood has taught him the importance of staying focused, saying, “I have to keep my head down, keep my head straight. And it has been a blessing, too.”
