Femi Adebayo offers free three-day filmmaking master class

Popular Nollywood actor and filmmaker Femi Adebayo has announced a free three-day filmmaking master class at his film academy, Euphoria Academy, following the launch of his major film investment, Euphoria 360.

The filmmaker made the announcement in a video posted on his official Facebook page on Friday, saying the initiative was aimed at creating opportunities for young movie enthusiasts. The master class, scheduled for October 29 to 31, 2026, will cover acting, directing, editing, sound design and film scoring, with sessions facilitated by experienced industry professionals.

Adebayo said only the first 30 successful applicants would be considered, urging interested participants to register through the link in the bio of Euphoria 360’s Instagram page.

The actor also hinted at producing a new movie titled War of Warriors, which he said was inspired by public reactions to his previous films, particularly Jagun Jagun. According to him, the title was derived from the acronym “WOW,” which featured prominently in audience reactions.

The announcement followed the launch of Euphoria 360 Hub, a multipurpose creative facility in Oregun, Ikeja, Lagos, designed to support film production, post-production, music videos, events and professional training. The hub, which serves as the headquarters of Euphoria 360 Media Limited, was commissioned on Tuesday by Lagos State Deputy Governor Dr Obafemi Hamzat, in the presence of family members, industry colleagues and other stakeholders.

In a video shared on his social media pages on Wednesday, Adebayo showcased the facility’s two conference rooms, a photography studio measuring about 52 square metres and two similarly sized high-definition studios designed to accommodate simultaneous productions. He also highlighted a 384-square-metre studio with a waiting area and two green rooms for VIP guests.

Another space, measuring more than 567 square metres and named Adebayo Salami Studios, is designed for large-scale productions, commercials, red-carpet events and movie shoots. The facility also features a vintage room for photography and movie sets, a makeup area with changing rooms, a concession stand and two cinema rooms for private screenings and premieres.

Other facilities include post-production suites for editors and colourists, a 9.1.6 Dolby Atmos sound studio, a Foley studio for creating sound effects, a classroom for training and seminars, a podcast and interview space, and a cafeteria for crew members. The hub had previously hosted the filming of Davido’s “B4 B4” music video before its official launch.
