Five years of transformation, a rare privilege to serve as SA Youth Development to Governor Dapo Abiodun- By Olamide Lawal

Today marks a significant milestone in my career as a youth development advocate. It has been five years since I was appointed as the SA to the Ogun State Governor on Youth Development. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve in this capacity and I must say, it has been a truly transformative experience.

As I reflect on the past five years, I am reminded of the enormous responsibility that comes with this role. The governor’s confidence in me has been a constant source of motivation, and I am proud to say that we have made significant strides in representing and protecting the interests of Ogun State’s youth.

My appointment as SA has not only broadened my perspective on youth development but has also honed my leadership skills. I’ve had the privilege of working with an incredible team of dedicated individuals who also share my passion for youth empowerment.

One of the most significant lessons I have learned so far is the importance of collaboration and partnerships. By working closely with stakeholders, including community leaders, NGOs, and private sector organizations, we have been able to create impactful platforms that address the unique needs of Ogun State’s youth.

As I look to the future, I’m excited to continue building on the progress we’ve made so far. I committed to ensuring that Ogun State’s youth have access to the resources and opportunities they need to thrive.

To my apex leader, father figure and our able Governor, Prince (Dr) Dapo Abiodun CON, I extend my heartfelt gratitude for this rare opportunity. Your leadership and vision have been instrumental in shaping my life and role as your Assistant, and I’m honored to be part of your team.

I cannot thank you enough sir

May God continue to bless you sir.Prince Dr. Dapo Abiodun – MFR
