Gbenro Ajibade becomes U.S. citizen

Nigerian actor Gbenro Ajibade has officially become a citizen of the United States of America.
Ajibade recently completed his naturalization process in Atlanta, Georgia.
The Tinsel actor joins a growing number of Nigerian TV stars who have obtained U.S. citizenship.
His ex-wife and mother of his child is also a U.S. citizen. She previously contested in a Miss U.S. pageant before returning to Nigeria to pursue a career in Nollywood.
Ajibade shared the news on his official Instagram handle, posting pictures of his achievement along with the caption, “God did it.”
