Governor Makinde approves new appointments in public works, environment

Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State has approved the appointments of Mr. Ademola Aderinto as Senior Special Assistant on Public Works and Mr. Lamidi Kazeem Ajibola as Special Assistant on Environment.

The announcement was contained in a statement issued on Thursday by the Chief of Staff to the Governor, Otunba Segun Ogunwuyi.

Mr. Aderinto, a civil engineer, previously served as the Special Assistant on Environment and brings with him extensive experience in infrastructure and public service.

Governor Makinde urged the newly appointed aides to discharge their duties with dedication, professionalism, and loyalty to the vision of his administration.

He reiterated the importance of public works and environmental sustainability in achieving the government’s development goals across the state.

Both appointments take immediate effect.
