How PDP will unseat APC in 2027 – Tambuwal

Former Sokoto State Governor Aminu Tambuwal has expressed confidence that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) will reclaim power from the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2027 general elections.
He made this statement on Monday during the flag-off of the Ramadan package distribution in Sokoto State.
Tambuwal emphasized that the Ramadan assistance program aims to benefit over 30,000 households across the state.
Speaking on preparations for the 2027 elections, he reiterated the importance of unity within the PDP, noting that ongoing restructuring efforts will strengthen the party’s chances of reclaiming power.
He assured that the party is already strategizing to take back what he described as its rightful mandate.
“By the grace of Allah, what was taken from us will be returned in 2027,” Tambuwal told the gathering.
Earlier at the event, the Chairman of the PDP in Sokoto State, Bello Goronyo, expressed appreciation to party members for their unwavering support and faith in the PDP.
