Kwara businessman Araba Femi hails APC victory in FCT Area Council elections

Kwara businessman and Chairman of FlowFM 92.7 and Stefolga Group, Araba Femi Sanni, has hailed the victory of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Area Council elections.
In a statement issued on Sunday, Sanni congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, on the party’s success at the polls, describing the outcome as a reflection of effective leadership and strategic coordination.
He commended the APC leadership and members in the FCT for what he described as a well-fought campaign that culminated in a decisive win in the nation’s capital.
Sanni particularly applauded Governor AbdulRazaq, who served as Chairman of the 137-member National Campaign Council for the elections, praising his strategic leadership and commitment to the party’s success.
He also acknowledged the efforts of opposition parties, including the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the African Democratic Congress (ADC), noting that they mounted a formidable challenge during the polls.
According to him, vibrant opposition participation strengthens democracy and deepens the electoral process.
Sanni further praised the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for the generally peaceful and orderly conduct of the elections, adding that the commission’s efforts enhanced the credibility of the process.
“This is a triumph for democracy and a testament to the strength of the party. I congratulate President Tinubu, the APC members, and all the newly elected council chairmen and councillors,” Sanni said.
