Lagos agency moves mindset advocacy programme to mainstream civil service

An agency of the Lagos state government, the Office of Transformation, Creativity and Innovation (OTCI) has extended its Advocacy Programme on mindset change to officers in the mainstream Lagos civil service and health sector.

A statement signed by the General Manager of OTCI, Mrs. Toyin Anjous-Ademuyiwa said that the programme was focusing on promoting personal and professional development across vital areas.

According to her, the programme aims to empower civil servants in the mainstream and health sector personnel by instilling a growth-oriented mindset, encouraging continuous learning, resilience, and adaptability in the face of challenges.

She said by enhancing these skills, OTCI hopes to improve service delivery and overall effectiveness within these sectors.

In her words, “We believe that cultivating a growth mindset is essential for anyone working in public service. This extension of our programme will provide officers with the tools and mindset necessary to thrive and contribute positively to their domain”.

“Together, we can build a more innovative and responsive civil service and health sector”, Anjous-Ademuyiwa stated.
