LJLA hosts Chapel Hill Denham CEO for Fireside Chat on leadership

The Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy (LJLA) recently welcomed Mr. Bolaji Balogun, the CEO of Chapel Hill Denham, for a Fireside Chat aimed at equipping its Fellows with essential leadership tools and strategies.

The session, held at the Academy’s Conference Room, was a platform for thought-provoking dialogue and practical insights into leadership and excellence.

Renowned as one of Nigeria’s most successful dealmakers, Mr. Balogun shared his wealth of experience with the Fellows, emphasizing the importance of intentionality in the pursuit of excellence. “Excellence is not accidental; it results from deliberate effort. Always focus on the bigger picture, think long-term, and protect your credibility at all costs,” he advised.

Drawing from his entrepreneurial journey, Mr. Balogun highlighted the significance of strategic relationship-building and accountability. He remarked, “Life, like business, requires a plan. Cultivate meaningful relationships and remain accountable—these are the foundations of lasting success.”
