Multi-Trex Integrated Foods declares N422.2m loss in 2025

Multi-Trex Integrated Foods Plc has announced its full year result and accounts for April 31, 2025 with a loss of N422.2million as against N510.9 million reported in the full year ended April 31, 2024. 

The consumer goods company quoted on the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX)  also reported N422.6 million loss before tax in 2025, about 191 per cent drop from N462.9 million reported in 2024.

The losses declared in 2025 is on the backdrop of revenue decline and hike in administrative expenses    

The company reported N47.9 million revenue in 2025, about a 96 per cent decline when compared to N1.1 billion reported in 2024, while administrative expenses closed 2025 at N655.9million, up   25.1 per cent from N524.2 million in 2024. 

The breakdown of Multi-Trex Integrated Foods revenue revealed that export sales dropped by 99.2  per cent to N9.48million in 2025 from N1.19 billion in 2024, while local sales gained 196.38 per cent to N38.4 million in 2025 from N1296 million in 2024.
