Musician Peter Okoye rules out P-Square reunion with Rudeboy

Peter Okoye, one half of the popular P-Square duo, fondly called Mr P, has ruled out any possibility of reuniting with his twin, Paul Okoye, fondly called Rudeboy.
The singer made the statement on X on Saturday in response to a fan’s comment about bringing P-Square back. The fan, identified as Oladimeji, asked, “Can we just have P-Square back?” Mr P replied firmly: “Not with me… Done and dusted.”
Another user, Samkhedira11, commented, “That is why you guys flopped badly.” Mr P responded by advising the user to respect people’s decisions, emphasising that change is constant and nothing lasts forever.
By making this statement, Mr P effectively confirmed that there are no plans for a reunion with Rudeboy, ending speculation about the future of the duo.
P-Square rose to fame from the 1990s through the early 2020s for their energetic performances and hit songs. The duo initially separated in 2017 but reconciled in 2021 after a four-year rift and several public disputes.
However, they fell out again in 2024 and have performed as solo artists since then. Mr P has ventured into acting while continuing his music career, while Rudeboy has also pursued his solo music career.
