The Director-General of the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), Capt. Chris Najomo, has charged staff to uphold professionalism, discipline and unity as the authority begins its 2026 operational activities.
He gave the charge while delivering his welcome address at an interfaith prayer and thanksgiving service held on Monday at the authority’s headquarters in Abuja to mark the official commencement of its 2026 activities.
Najomo urged employees to avoid absenteeism, delays and internal disputes, stressing that collective responsibility and professionalism are critical to organisational growth, safety and efficiency in the aviation sector.
In her remarks, the Director of Human Resources and Administration, Dr Anastasia Gbem, also encouraged staff to be diligent, committed and responsible in the discharge of their duties as the new operational year begins.
