Fast-rising Nigerian singer and content creator, Nasiru Lawal, popularly known as Nasboi, has gifted fellow skit maker and content creator, Apaokagi Maryam, professionally known as Taooma, a goat in recognition of her impact on the entertainment industry.

Nasboi shared the appreciation post on his social media pages on Friday, alongside photos of himself presenting the goat to Taooma.

He said the gesture was in appreciation of Taooma’s immense contribution to skit making and the entertainment industry, adding that her consistency and resilience had inspired him and paved the way for many upcoming content creators.

“You’ve inspired so many of us with your consistency, resilience, and dedication. Long before many of us started making skits, you were already paving the way. Through every stage of life as a creator, wife, and mother, you’ve continued to thrive and raise the bar,” he wrote.

Nasboi added that the goat was a token of appreciation for Taooma’s impact on skit making and the entertainment industry, praying that God would continue to bless her and her family.

Nasboi is a Nigerian comedian, content creator, singer, actor and skit maker who rose to fame by mimicking Afrobeats star Davido.

Taooma is widely known for her comedy skits, in which she portrays multiple characters, including Iya Tao, Kadiri, Tao and Shade.
