NFF unveils first batch of coaches for CAF B-License Course

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has identified and contacted participants for the first batch of the CAF B-License Coaching Course, scheduled to run from April to August 2025.
NFF Technical Director, Augustine Eguavoen, confirmed this while highlighting the federation’s efforts to enhance coaching expertise across the country.
“Those selected for the first batch have been contacted, and all applicants are advised to check their emails, including junk and spam folders, as time-sensitive information has been sent,” Eguavoen told thenff.com.
The four-month course, part of the NFF’s strategic initiative to develop local coaches, will be delivered in modules from April 7 to August 25, 2025. Successful applicants for the second and third batches will be notified in the coming weeks.
Registration for the program closed at midnight on February 25, with Eguavoen describing the response as impressive. The course is open to both male and female coaches.
The NFF previously organized a CAF C-License course, exclusively for women, between July and September last year. That program, the first of its kind, featured 30 participants, including several former Nigerian international players.
