Nigeria ahead of UK in food, football legends, fashion —Taiwo Awoniyi

England-based Nigerian professional footballer, Taiwo Awoniyi, has stated that Nigeria surpasses the United Kingdom in several aspects, including food, football legends, fashion, music, and weather.
The Nottingham Forest striker made these remarks in a recent interview with Livescore.
“Nigeria has better food and more iconic football legends than the UK,” Awoniyi confidently asserted, highlighting the rich cultural and sporting heritage of his home country.
He further praised Nigeria’s vibrant fashion scene and music industry, expressing his admiration for Nigerian rapper Olamide, whom he described as his favorite artist.
Awoniyi also revealed that Victor Osimhen, his Super Eagles teammate, is the most stylish player in the current squad.
When asked about his preferred holiday destination, the football star didn’t hesitate to choose Nigeria, citing its unique appeal and cultural richness.
