Nollywood veteran Fabian Adibe passes on at 85

Veteran Nollywood actor, Fabian Adibe, has passed away at the age of 85.
According to reports, Adibe died on Wednesday, August 20, at about 2:30 a.m.
Details surrounding his death are still sketchy, but the news has sent shockwaves through the entertainment industry.
Adibe was best known for his iconic role in the film adaptation of Chinua Achebe’s classic novel, Things Fall Apart.
He was also a notable figure in the Nigerian film industry. As a member of the Odunke Artists group in the 1970s, he was among the talented young actors who made significant contributions to Nigerian theatre and cinema.
His work, both on stage and on screen, earned him admiration and respect from audiences and colleagues alike.
