Osimhen threatens to report Galatasaray to FIFA over unpaid wages

Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen has issued a stern warning to his Turkish club, Galatasaray, threatening to report them to the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) over unpaid wages.
The forward, who has not received his due payments from the club, has already taken steps to address the issue through FIFA and is reportedly considering refusing to play in matches if the situation is not promptly resolved.
Osimhen, known for his prolific performances on the field, expressed his frustration, stating, “Football is not an arena for secret games; it’s a sport.” His remarks highlight growing unrest over financial matters that could strain his relationship with the Turkish giants if left unresolved.
The striker’s threat adds further tension to his relationship with Galatasaray, as clubs across Europe face increasing pressure to meet player obligations amid a challenging financial climate.
With Osimhen’s potential action pending, all eyes are on FIFA’s involvement in resolving the matter.
The situation comes at a critical time for both Osimhen’s career and Galatasaray, with the striker playing a key role in the club’s attacking lineup.
