Oyo govt announces 2025 conversion exam for junior officers

The Oyo State Government has announced that over 250 junior officers will sit for the 2025 Conversion Examination for clerical and allied staff.

The Commissioner for Establishments and Training, Prof. Salihu Adelabu, said the examination is scheduled for Friday, December 19, 2025, at the Simeon Adebo Staff Development Centre, Secretariat, Ibadan, starting at 9:00 a.m.

Eligible participants include clerical assistants, clerical officers, stores attendants, storekeepers, judiciary staff and other allied personnel who have submitted their applications.

Prof. Adelabu noted that examination slips will be issued only to candidates who correctly submitted their application forms by Monday, December 15, 2025. Candidates who fail to meet this requirement or do not properly complete the attendance register will not be allowed to sit for the examination.

He advised candidates to arrive early and maintain orderly conduct to ensure a smooth examination process.
