PDP and APC not declared terrorist organisations in Canada, by Kunle Ojeleye

There is no court judgment in Canada where the judge declared PDP and APC as terrorist organisations.
I got a copy of that judgment issued in June 2025 shortly after it was made.
The thrust of that judgment was primarily focused on the applicant’s membership of the PDP, and less on his subsequent membership of the APC.
The crux of the matter was that the applicant had admitted being aware of the snatching of ballot boxes and acts of violence by his party during an election. He was therefore found inadmissible to Canada for his membership in an organisation (PDP) that had subverted democratic processes or engaged in acts of terrorism.
While the judge did consider the respondents’ arguments of the PDP being involved in subversion, the judge was explicit that, in his judgment, he had refrained from analysing any findings on terrorism by the immigration authorities.
As such, where you all found PDP and APC were declared as terrorist organisations, including the online publication that published its understanding of the judgment using an irresponsible title, beats my imagination.
Some of you in this space, obviously intelligent, but quick to share anything that feeds your negative opinion about other political platforms, ought to be ashamed of yourselves for the way you share information that runs down the image of Nigeria.
