The Minister of Education, Dr. Tunji Alausa, has reaffirmed the Federal Government’s commitment to promoting public health education in Nigeria.
Speaking at the 9th Annual Conference of the Nigeria Implementation Science Alliance (NISA), the Minister highlighted the government’s efforts to enhance public health literacy through the National School Health Policy.
He noted that the Ministry, in collaboration with partners like UNESCO and UNICEF, is integrating health education into school curriculums, particularly in conflict-affected areas.
