Poco Lee returns to social media weeks after UK detention

Nigerian dancer and hypeman, Iweh Pascal Odinaka, popularly known as Poco Lee, has returned to social media, weeks after his detention in the United Kingdom over alleged sexual offences.

The entertainer returned to Instagram on Tuesday, 2026, sharing photos of himself in London with the caption, “ODINAKA”.

Poco Lee was arrested and prosecuted on three count charges, including: attempted rape, rape and assault by penetration, over an incident reportedly said to have occurred in east London on July 23, 2026.

He was later granted bail and has denied the allegations.

The case remains before the UK court, with his next plea hearing scheduled for February 8, 2027.

Poco Lee came to prominence in 2018 after his energetic legwork and Zanku dance videos went viral, earning him recognition among Nigerian music stars. Since then, he has worked with artistes including Davido, Burna Boy, Olamide, Wizkid and Tiwa Savage.
