President Tinubu celebrates Ondo Governor Aiyedatiwa at 60

President Bola Tinubu has congratulated Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa of Ondo State on his 60th birthday, celebrated on January 12, 2025.
In a statement issued by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, President Tinubu praised Aiyedatiwa’s unwavering dedication and political consistency, tracing his journey from the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) in 2011 to his current role in the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Describing Aiyedatiwa as a symbol of loyalty and resilience, the President highlighted his political ascent from Deputy Governor in 2021 to Acting Governor, and later to Governor in 2023, succeeding his mentor, Rotimi Akeredolu.
President Tinubu lauded Aiyedatiwa’s remarkable achievements, including his resounding re-election in 2024 and his administration’s focus on improving healthcare, education, and grassroots development.
He also commended Aiyedatiwa’s impactful tenure as a Commissioner representing Ondo State at the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), emphasizing his contributions to community development.
