Priscilla Ojo unveils son’s face to mark first birthday

Nigerian influencer Priscilla Ojo and her husband, Tanzanian pop star Juma Jux, have unveiled their son Rakeem’s face as he celebrates his first birthday.

The couple shared pictures of Prince Rakeem Mkambala on their social media pages on Monday, after keeping his face private since his birth.

In the celebratory post, the couple expressed their pride in nurturing Rakeem, describing him as a blessing who lights up every room he enters. They also described him as a curious child who is full of life and brightens the mood.

“We can’t believe how fast you’re growing, our little sunshine. May your life be filled with as much happiness as you have given us this past year.

“We pray you grow up healthy, happy and full of purpose. We pray God guides your steps and orders your path.

“You are our greatest answered prayer. Happy 1st birthday, our sunshine. We love you endlessly,” they added.

Celebrating the milestone, actress Iyabo Ojo, Rakeem’s maternal grandmother, also shared pictures of herself with Rakeem, expressing her admiration for him and offering prayers for the little one.

Priscilla and Jux announced they were expecting a child in July 2025, following their wedding in April. A month later, they welcomed their first child, Rakeem, in Canada on Aug. 24, 2025.
