Shettima attends wedding of Buhari’s granddaughter in Kaduna

Vice President Kashim Shettima has arrived in Kaduna to attend the wedding Fatiha of Halima Amira Junaid, granddaughter of former President Muhammadu Buhari, and Walid Shehu Muazu, son of the Iyan Katagum.

The ceremony took place at the Yahaya Road Juma’at Mosque in Ungwan Rimi, Kaduna.

Shettima, accompanied by the Deputy Chief of Staff to the President, Senator Ibrahim Hassan Hadejia, was received on arrival by Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani, alongside members of the Kaduna State Executive Council.

Also in attendance were Hon. Usman Ali Zannah, who represents Kaga/Gubio/Magumeri Federal Constituency, as well as the Ministers of Transport and Environment, Senator Ahmed Sa’idu Alkali and Alhaji Balarabe Abbas Lawal, among other dignitaries.

The Vice President extended his best wishes to the couple, praying for a blessed and blissful marital life.
